Austin Dickens founded Last Frontier Hospitality in 2018 with the vision of helping companies incorporate enlightened hospitality and powerful technology into their F&B programs. Austin graduated from Johnson and Wales having studied Culinary Arts and furthered his education at Cornell with a degree in Restaurant Revenue Management. After moving to New York, he operated a multi-location fast casual concept based in the Chelsea Market that generated over 3mil AUVS. Since then, Last Frontier Hospitality has worked with companies across the restaurant and entertainment industries including Remarkable Entertainment, Breads Bakery, The Well NYC, Crumbl Cookies, and several single unit chef driven concepts. Austin specializes in financial management, operational strategizing, and curating company culture.
David Del Rio Gutierrez
Operations
David Del Rio Gutierrez studied Culinary Arts / Business Management with a minor in Beverage Studies at Johnson & Wales University, which included studying as a Sommelier in Germany. While in Colorado he managed for hospitality companies such as Sage Hospitality, Marriott Hotels and one of the top restaurants in Colorado, Arcana. In New York, he excelled at concept and menu-creation for Hospitality Made Simple. This included growing a high volume QSR, creating a virtual NYC BBQ concept, and managing the Big Apple Circus' F&B operations. After leaving NY in 2020, he spent time working for Sun Holdings as a Regional Operator in Dallas, Texas. He excels in operations management, culture management, and financial analysis.
Owen Dickens
Beverage
After studying business management at NAU, Owen doubled down on his trade studies as lead bartender, and then bar manager for That Place Projects in Flagstaff, AZ. He then spent time as the bar manager for Up North Distillery in Coeur’d Alene, ID where a passion for distilling was kindled, inspiring him to relocate to Lexington, KY. He now works with one of the largest and most expansive collections of single batch bourbons and ryes in the country while lending his expertise to Last Frontier Hospitality.
Joey Khan
Technology
Joey Khan serves as Chief Technology Officer of TriPeak Technology, which provides consulting services to startups, SMBs, and government agencies around the world. Joey is passionate about security, scale, and automation. He specializes in technology strategy, cybersecurity, and platform integrations. Prior to TriPeak, Joey served as the Director of IT for Laird Superfood, Inc, a rapid-growth manufacturing startup in the food and beverage space. As a strategic partner, Joey's contributions play a key role in leveraging powerful technology for Last Frontier Hospitality.
